HIA Code Of Conduct. Empty HIA Code Of Conduct.

The Habbo Intelligence Agency’s law to make [HIA] a better place for everyone. These rules must be followed by everyone at ALL times within the  [HIA] not only the HQ- this includes instant messages on habbo and/or other sites. This will help us develop a friendly environment for all workers. Also each and every avatar will be treated equally, and fairly. If you do not follow these rules you will face severe consequences.
Section 1 – Rules and Guideline


Section 1.A – Basic Rules
Respect all members of HIA, no matter who they are.
Do not use consecutive capital letters (abbreviations and "XD" are fine"), bully, swear, or use inappropriate language at all when in base.
Dancing and using effects is prohibited unless given permission from a Founding Member or you are in the bar area.
Do not spam or flood the room with text, this can result in being muted or kicked.
Do not abuse your powers or authorities as a high rank.
Do not use colored chat unless you are at least 2iC+, training, or making an announcement (3iC+)
Do not ask or hint for promotions, RR, pay, or BA.
Do not sit in the hallway or stations.
Do not let anybody into the base who is not a SV, or have the proper badge, uniform, and motto.
Do not go Away From Keyboard (AFK) at any work station or you will be given a warning.
Do not self-promote, doing so will lead to a demotion.
Do not sell ranks without the rank seller badge.
Do not work anywhere other than HIA.
Do not be affiliated with any scammers (or be a scammer).
Do not be disloyal to [HIA]. 
Do not use foul language. This includes abbreviations such as ''dafuQ , lmFao, wtF,''
Trainers and below must wear uniforms in the HQ at all times.

Section 1.B – Commands
ATT (Attention) – Stand up, wave, and say yes sir/ma’am.
FTF (Fill the front) – Sit at any of the desks at the front and greet others and offer jobs.
FTB (Fill the back) – Go to the back seats and wait for a station to open up.
FTS (Fill the security) – Work in the Security area and make sure only members come in.
BTW (Back to work) – Get back to work as soon as possible.
BTB (Back to base) – Go back to the [HIA] main base, no questions asked.
AE (At ease) – Continue what you were doing, if you are in ATT, wait until you hear AE.

Section 1.C – Special Units
There are three official special units of HIA.
They are Intel Team, Advancement Unit, and Legal Affairs.
In order to join one of these three special units, you must be at least a HR, and you must be accepted into the group by a leader of the group or a founder.

Section 1.D – Uniform Policy
The following are not allowed to be worn: 
Large hats of silly nature, masks.
Randomly affiliated clothing options such as hoodies of bright color (2/3 bright colored outfit is permitted anymore will be breaking this policy)
Something that resembles another groups styles such as raiding groups.
Copying of another member’s style without their permission is not permitted
Styles of offensive manner are not to be worn in any means, including that of the racial type, helps keep HIA a safe place for those easily offended.
Wearing any effects as a clothing option, such as all purple to enable the ghost mode, if you wear this it’s an instant kick no exceptions.
Standard ranks, Security, and Trainer must wear the traditional HIA uniform by stepping through the football gate. The HC uniform is also available.
High Rank and above must wear something that is professional.
You may not be shirtless.

Section 1.E – Room Rights
Having rights in HIA is a great privilege, and should NOT be played around with. Having rights in HIA means that you are responsible enough to protect and operate the HIA base. Moving furniture that should not be moved is intolerable. As stated in Section 2.0 if you are demonstrating unacceptable behavior, you may have your rights taken away. If you ask for this privilege, you may not be able to get it in the future. For proper RR usage, read the Rights Policy under the code of conduct on the HIA website.
Sharing accounts will lead to your BA/RR being compromised. 

Section 1.F – Transfers 
To transfer to HIA you must not be facing the National Punishment, you must be in an agency with 500 or more members. This can be changed or alternated by the HIA founders. We do not transfer above High Management unless directed by 2iC members or above.

Showing any disloyalty towards [HIA] will cause automatic removal and being placed on our National Punishment. 
Disobeying Commands
You will be called to ATT multiple times. If you still decided to not cooperate you will be kicked.
Infringing Basic Rules
A warning will be given and if it continues, strike 1 will be given.
Breaking Dress Code
If you decide not to change after being asked at least 3 times to change, you will be immediately striked and a demotion depending on who is handling the situation.

Section 2.B – Kick on Sight
Members who are displayed on the Kick on Sight (KoS) page on the site are not allowed to join the [HIA] ever again. 
If they are seen in base they are to be immediately kicked.

Section 3 – Structures

Section 3.A – Strike System 
SM and above may strike other members. 
When It comes to Demotions & Strikes they are at 
your own discretion what you would like to hand out, within reason. You should 
not be handing out Strikes for something that really deserve a warning or 
demotion. 

Warning 1 – Warning to the member, a warning means you should improve your work ethic, but not worry too much.
Strike 1 – The member has continued to do wrong and they’re given a strike. x1 is added to their motto.
Strike 2 – A demotion is issued, x2 is added to their motto.
Strike 3 – They have proved that they are not improving. x3 is added to their motto.

** Note: Standard Ranks 
are not to get Strikes; after various warnings they are to be 
fired**

** Please Remember all Demotions & Strikes issued MUST be 
documented on forums, Otherwise they are considered invalid **

Section 3.B – Court System 
The court system is ran by Legal Affairs. 
Legal Affairs has the power to bring back any fired member if they are proven innocent. 
The trials are held in the [HIA]’s Supreme Court. 

Section 3.C – Pay System 
Pay is everyday 1-3c.
It is held at 12 PM, 8 PM, and 4 AM GMT. 
You must be on an hour before pay in order to receive it.

Section 3.D – Alliances 
Alliances are always important when it comes to running a Intelligence Agency. They are to be treated with utmost respect. We have several rules when it comes to allies there is always those members that causes problems with them and don’t know if there allies at the time of their acts. The rules for allies are listed here:

Do not raid or troll an allied base, it could cause loss of allies’ trust and even destroy an alliance all together.
Do not mistreat an allied member inside HIA unless they are in fact causing a disturbance such as raiding, trolling, or saying hateful things.
Allies are allowed the VIP badge.
