National Punishment:

National Punishment is often necessary to take action against traitors.

When a member of [HIA] is involved in an act of sabotage or detriment,
our allies will be asked to NOT allow the person to join their group,
if the person is already part of their agency, they will be asked to fire that member (If it is a member of ours, especially high ranking, they must have proof).

Right for National Punishment is equal for [HIA] and allies, meaning we will do the same for our allies.
